Cookware Maintenance Instructions

cleaning▼
When you receive the cookware, wash and sanitize it with a soft dishbrush
and mild detergent (do not use a steel wool to clean the cookware under any
circumstances).
- General stains can be cleaned with alkaline water, or with detergent, and
then rinsed with clean water.

Pot maintenance▼
There is no chemical coating on the surface of the pot body, and it is only
sprayed with vegetable oil to prevent rust when leaving the factory. Therefore,
please follow the instructions for maintenance before use. There may be black
chips falling off in the initial use. It is only a carbonized vegetable oil layer,
not a quality problem.

Correct use▼
① After each use, the pot should be wiped dry or dried after cleaning.
② It is recommended to use it with a wooden spatula or a silicone spatula to
avoid the metal spatula from damaging the surface coating of the non-stick
pan and affecting the non-stick effect.
③ When cleaning, try to use hot water with a soft brush to avoid damaging the
oil film. If rust occurs, you can use a steel ball to clean the rust point, and then
apply a layer of oil to restore it.
④ In the early stage of use, you can cook more oily ingredients. During the use
and maintenance process, the oil will seep into the pot more and naturally form
a physical non-stick pan.
